    Hi Just had a call about this machine she said they put machine on finishes in 30 min all dry but nothing washed can anyone help please Les

    Have you had a look at the known error codes thread or asked the customer to give you the lights by number from the left?

    Its 4 + 6 BTW. 😉

    Fault A10..Heating circuit, Heating element, connections, module,
    relay, pressure switch, or foaming.

    Thanks for your reply phoned customer who said ******* machine down bottom of garden but thank you anyway then hung up. Thanks again Les
