    bit strange but no lights flash to tell you that there is a fault,have checked the heater its ok and visually looked at the pcb is there any cut out stats or similar in the base.

    No, the cut outs are inside the heater assembly itself, in 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of cases with this Indesit ‘stuff’ :rolls: its either heater or PCB, you should however be getting an error code.
