    Error is fault code 8 – no heat detected in the time allowed. This is usually heater failure, but can also be caused by computer failure. If you do actually have heat in the machine, it is possible that the temperature sensor has become detached from the door inner.

    Power of if you intend to investigate this yourself.

    Options:

    1/ Get out the screwdrivers and the test meter and test the heater.
    2/ Use the repairs@ link on the left to find you local independent repairer.
    3/ Pay The Indesit Company £100 and get all your parts for free.
