Hotpoint FDW60p stuck on cycle

Hi all, looked at a Hotpoint FDW60p dishwasher, customers said its running for ever. Checked it last night. No fault indication lights showing but machine appears not to be heating. Heater element ok. Wiring loom also looked good. Looked at power board no obvious signs of damage. same with prog selector board. Did notice that selected program led does not stay on once selected and machine running but apart from that programs can be seleced ok. Program progress LED are working ok although it never gets past wash led. New pcb’s TOC?

Sounds like a PCB fault, NTC is hardwired to this PCB. A few different part numbers, serial number and possibly commercial code to identify correctly.
