    Hi

    Customer is complaining that the dishes on the upper rack are not getting clean. inside of cups still dirty etc.
    I have replace seal at back of tub for the upper spray arm to ensure full water is going into spray arm. Arm is not blocked and is turning when I test it.
    Any ideas of what I am missing?
    Does anyone have a manual that I could look at to read up about pressure switch fitted to lower arm and half load unit ??

    Any ideas/help would be appricated
