We have had a couple of these dishwashers with the error A10. The error code indicates an open circiut heater but the element is OK. The dishwasher also goes through the test cycle. I’m guessing the module is the culprit. Has anyone else come across this fault?
    Thanks in advance

The modules are just as likely to cause no heat as the elements.

hi, the fault f10 does not mean open circuit heater.
This fault can be anything to do with the heater circuit, ie pressure switch, timer card, heater, timer card relay etc anything that contributes to the heater circuit could be the culprit.
The 1st test that should be carried out is an insulation test to every component that you can.
Earth faults cause all manor of faults on these, long shot but experience tells me , I always check socket earth as well, should be normal routine before testing as far as i am concerened/
Dont want our customers electrocuted before they pay.
    hope this helps
