hotpoint fdw70r demo mode ???

Hi, have a customer with a hotpoint fdw70r dishwasher, its lights are on, the delay timer counts up constantly from 1 to 24, the power lights on, theres no control with the buttons, no beeps or anything. Sounds like its stuck in a test/demo mode, anyone know how to reset it ???

To Select the Demo Mode
Press and hold ‘Power On’, ‘Start’ and ‘Delay’ simultaneously for 5 seconds, with the machine turned
on. The display will show ‘dOn’ to confirm that the function has been selected.
To Remove Demo Mode
Press ‘Start/Reset’ and ‘Power On’ simultaneously for 3 seconds. The display will show ‘dOf’ to
confirm the machine is no longer on Demo Mode.
