    I am working on this machine and getting the AL01. The drain pump switches on as soon as I switch power on. I then get AL01 after about a minute. The tray is dry and there are no leaks. The float switch is operational and I have resistance checked it all ok. Do you know anything else that maybe causing this problem.

    If the heater insulation is OK then possibly broken, chafing wires on the door harness or pressure switch. If everything else checks out then the pcb is also a possible cause, not the best electronics in these to be sure. :rolls:

    There are two totally different types of electronic controls used on these machines BTW.

    Ok great thanks for your help. Heater checks out ok, wiring looks good, the blue transformer on the display pcb had blown, I replaced this to get the display working so sounds like it could well be the pcb damaged in another way. Thanks again for your help.
