    Going to this appliance this Wednesday, have read on previous post that sensors are not available if this was to be the problem.

    Are they bedded in to the insulation?.

    I take it its warm fridge ? , Check the heaters are all ok, then really there is not a lot you can do. HP have a modification for these models but you have to be able to program the module to perform it, this depends if its the rear or front mounted board model, the modification evolves cutting the wires I the sensor and re programming the board to ignore it.
