Hotpoint FF200: Freezer Not Cooling

Hi

Having a proble with one of these where the 3 lights are flashing indicating freezer temp has go to warm.
turning of the freezer control and back stops this.But to make sure that there is no other problems I am looking for information on how to access the diagnostics on this machine to check
