Help please with this one 😀
The above fridge freezer is too cold and builds up an ice ball after a couple of weeks which in turn stops the air from ducting up into the fridge.We have replaced the module, defrost heater modification had been carried out by a previous company.
Can anyone help please?

looks like all bases covered there Don, would take a look at what the other company have done….. Just ‘cos it says it on the invoice does not mean all the parts have been fitted.
