Hotpoint FF40P Error indications ?

Hello

I have a Hotpoint FF40P with all three lights (Super cool, Mains and Superfreeze ). I had a quick look through but cant see if this is a fault code. When we called all working accept for the lights flashing, evaporator ice pattern good and heater and stat for defrost seems ok. The temperature was Ok

Had anyone any advise that might help? We have no real experince of Hotpoint

yes just get the customer to turn both dials to off then all the way to on and then back should reset it ..

Many Thanks for that, Any idea what it means ? Has not done it again since the reset. The customer will monitor
