hello….the freezer on my ff64p is not working correctly…when turning on the fridge works fine but the freezer takes hours to get below freezing and the red warning light to go out. and only gets to about -5c..when the compressor cuts out it’s not long before the red light comes on and when the compressor starts again it takes ages for the red light to go out….seems like it’s struggling to keep freezer cold at all…..any ideas would be greatly appreciated…many thanks…john

Hi: Just a thought,but have you checked the door seal on the Freezer section ?
