    Freezer working fine, but fridge is not cooling. Think it is something to do with the Damper Control Assembly.
    I have removed the whole piece which houses the damper control and powered the fridge up again.

    Cold air is pumped through the vents and the fringe cools, and if left alone, I suspect that the fridge would cool until it reached the temperature of the freezer.

    Does this prove that some aspect of the Damper Control is faulty?

    Looks relatively easy to replace as it appears to be fitted in a piece of polystyrene.

    I’d think the air damper was locked closed by the sound of it, it should open and allow cold air to be blown into the fridge when required.
