    Hotpoint FF72p Fault code P1

    Any ideas anyone? Interior light glows, display comes on when door shut, then fades out when door open?

    Machine is running o.k. and to temperature.

    I think that’ll be a PCB fault Alex, there is no P1 error code:

    E1 – Freezer thermistor open circuit is the closest but that wouldn’t cause the display to fade etc.
