Hotpoint ff78p

Hi all
Does anyone know any comon problems with this frost free f/f.
It has a warm fridge and a just cold freezer which is completly frozen over.
The fan is not running but this could be because its frozen over ?
Any pointers would be appreciated as tommorow I am going back if its defrosted enough for me to get the back of it.

The two thermistors in the freezer are the usual problem, sometimes the fridge door drops down and stops the fan switch from operating, dry joints on the main pcb.

also had to change the rear cond fan as well on a few. same symtoms but cab between fridge and freezer will be toatsing..
and obv fan will be stalled…
