Hotpoint FF92P – Fridge not cooling :(

Hi,
Seen a few similar posts about but not sure exactly what the problem is (see picture of inside fridge freezer – hopefully attached!)- condensor fan below is working and freezer seems to work ok but the fridge element isnt working. The picture inside shows the thermistors and Fan, from what I can see the fan inside isnt working when the freezer is on.. The two thermistors have been changed in the past year (I tried to pull them off but couldn’t! Are these easy to replace if that’s the problem, how do you removed them?)

Any help would be great.
