    A customer phoned me tonight about one of these fridges first one i’ve had a call to., have to look at it tomorrow.

    Claims the fault is it would suddenly thaw, warm up and then work as normal again, intermittent.. Anything to look out for? Any help appreciated..

    I would start with the defrost system.
