Customer says they have defrosted it for 48 hours, the fridge is cold. Possibly too cold as she mentioned ice. The freezer wont freeze food.
Not been out to this yet, it’s miles and miles away from me and since I dont do system work on refrigeration im trying to figour out if its going to be a wasted trip if it needs re gassing or a diverter solenoid. Could do to know if this is a blown air fridge freezer also.
Any help please?
