    Got a call today to this m/c she said that things in her salad bins are freezing. I have checked it over and the frost free freezer is working fine -20, the fridge which is wet wall is working fine and defrosting correctly no problems with tempature but everything in the salad bin ai frozen. I hope someone can help with this strange fault.

    Lettuce will freeze at temperature of about 3 degrees, it is about 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} water. Most salad leaves are simlar.
    To make matters worse some customers wash their lettuce before putting it into the fridge.

    Thanks for your reply but this has only just started freezing the items, It is freezing everything not just water based veg.
