    I keep getting a layer of ice building up at the bottom of the freezer which I’m having to chip away weekly. I’ve checked the drain hole in the fridge and the unit has a good air flow around it. Any advice appreciated.

    there is another drain hole for the freezer behind the panel ion freezer

    Thanks for the advice – just have to go and find a screwdriver with a star shaped head now!!
