hi everyone,got a job for tomorrow morning.hotpoint ffa74 f/f,fridge working fine but freezer not working at all,customer has reported that during house move item was laid on its side for some time,then allowed to stand for 12 hrs before turning on,since then freezer has not worked,any suggestions appreciated.
