Hi, got the above model that is freezing items in the fridge, freezer temp is at -25 degrees and constantly running compressor, fridge though at +4 at the time of call.
I don’t have any schiematics or tech info, so can I assume that either the PCB is faulty or the freezer NTC’s are or both.
I’m not very familiar with newer Hotpoints.
