Hotpoint FFB6 200AP flashing lights

Hi, our engineer has called on a Hotpoint FFB6200AP, it is running and cooling but 2 x amber lights + green light are flashing at the same time. Have tested defrost htr etc and fan and comp running normaly. Senor comes to mind but which one,Thanks

To reset it turn both control knobs all the way to the left then all the way to off , then back on again should do the trick
At the same time lol for got to add that…..

or turn both controls to off press and hold the fast freeze button for 5 secounds leave for 3 mins then switch back on
