    Hi

    My hotpoint FFM90A fridge freezer has stopped working (freezer temperature is at 18 degrees!!) and from what I can gather it is due to the thermistors breaking.

    What thermistors do I need to order to resolve the problem?

    Also, where are the thermistors located? I have taken the back panel off the inside of my freezer but none appear to look like thermistors advertised for sale on the UK White Goods site.

    It looks like the thermistor is not available as a spare part, it may be that it is foamed in the cabinet and is not replaceable.

    Thank you. We’ve found out that it’s the PCB board needs changing at a cost of £95 + labour 🙁
