Hotpoint FFP187B

Good afternoon
Could anyone please help me, I have a Hotpoint FFP187B fridge/freezer the fridge is badly iced up at the back and the bottom of fridge is freezing up anything that put in the salad tray becomes frozen, is there something simple to do or do i need to call the engineer back as they regassed it last year

i must say, its unusual one those machines needed to be regassed

id get em back, its either the gas is low, or the defrost heater in the freezer is faulty

either way, its not for the faint hearted
