Hotpoint FFU4D Fridge Freezer

I bought the ‘stainless steel’ variant of this fridge/freezer and once I had plugged it in yesterday I noticed a strange ‘vibrating feel’ on my fingers if I lightly rub over the stainless steel doors. The feeling only comes from the doors on the front and not the side casing of the unit which is also metal.

I have read that it may be a grounding issue but would this affect the whole fridge and not just the doors on the front?
