Hotpoint flashing lights – help!

Hi there, firstly I must admit to being clueless so I apologise in advance!! I have a Hotpoint and the lights are going mad and it appears to be stuck on pause and won’t work. It started with them all flashing. Then after me turning it on/off a good few times it was just the pause flashing very slowly green. Unplugged and left a few hours and now it’s showing the top 3 as orange, key as red and pause slowly flashing green. Any advice would be fab thanks x

If you can supply the model/product code(s) and serial number someone here will be able to help.
There is a rating label on the back and usually one inside the door.
