    Hi all I have a hotpoint Fza 34g freezer it’s just stopped working it has high temp light on in red its only 15 months old anyone any ideas

    OK we need more information from you – is the motor running? If so if you put your ear to the side of the appliance can you hear hissing of gas or a gurgling?
