Hotpoint Freezer FZA80N , no go

Been to look at a Hotpint Freezer FZAZ80N, the power LED is on but when you adjust temperature control it doesn’t come on, when you push Fast Freeze button, nothing happens no LED, the RED alarm led is not lit either. I suspect a faulty PCB, anyone ever come across this problem before, i’m not so hot on refrigeration.

It may be worth checking the thermal cut outs behind the rear wall, apart from that it can’t really be much else than the PCB.
