Hotpoint freezer FZS175P Replaced main board but not illuminating

I have a hotpoint freezer fzs175p
When i was called to this it had no power and was totally dead.
No light on main board but power going to board and compressor not starting.

checked compressor and replaced main board but now the unit starts the compressor but wont run and there is no power indication on the board at any time.
could there be a second fault that is not sending power to the main board as there is continuity to live and neutral.
two brand new boards have been installed and both the same.

have you programmed the module as they come un-programmed as a spare part ?

have also found complete service manual with wiring diag if you would like but need an email address

After installing new board, compressor starts runs for approx 30 seconds then stops, no illumination from board at all.
