Hotpoint Fridge freezer 1st Edition

Hi all,
This is one for the fridge people.Sorry no model number anywhere on this unit.
This is a halve & halve unit, fridge is normal fridge (evaporator at the back)which is working fine. The freezer is a frost free unit which is not getting cold at all. It only has one compressor which seems to be running fine. I advanced the timer next to the compressor ,but still the same.
I don’t do much refrigeration so i am hoping some one can help me out on this.This is for a letting agent that I want to keep happy as they pass on a lot of work and pay on time

Toni – Has it got a diverter valve at the back?

No I didn’t see any valve by the compressor. ( I assume this is where it would be ?)
