    We have a Hotpoint Fridge/Freezer FF200E.

The freezer is frost free but has started to have a build up of clear ice underneath the bottom drawer. I usually try to clear the ice regularly. Sometimes I have found a puddle of water underneath the front of the fridge/freezer.

Could there be a leak in side the freezer?

    Any help appreciated.

    Re: Hotpoint Fridge/Freezer

Leak in the freezer side, no, this is usually due (but not confined to) the freezer door being left open. Before you go down the route of replacing anything defrost the appliance for two days (ie towel across the front of the appliance and doors open. After two days defrosting restart the appliance and if you get the problem reoccurring come back to us
