Hi there I came to open my freezer yesterday to find it had defrosted and the super cool and super free lights were flashing come today and their not had to throw food away as everything was totally defrosted before oi call an engineer out what could be the problem model no Hotpoint stf200wp we turned the temp down overnight no flashing ?

a lot of error codes go on a series of lights. unfortunatly i have nmo access to a user manual nor can i find a picture of you control panel to see the configuration or the order the lamps are in
would need a pic of the control panel with the lights that are lit indicated and if they are flashing or not
