Hotpoint fridge/freezer compressor

I am new to forum so Hello to all

I have a Hotpoint model number rf63p fridge/freezer and I want to fit a controller I have (Lae SDU11). This would operate the power to the unit thus turning the unit on and off at my desired temperature. Wiring this up is not a problem
But what I want to do is get rid of all the fridge/freezer’s thermostats and wiring then have the live from my controller feed directly to the compressor.
This is the difficult bit starts.
I have had a look at the wiring and it’s like a wasps nest.
I can see that the compressor has a starter cap to start it (arcotronics mkp 27.4)
from what I can tell.
Does anybody know how to wire the compressor so I can start it on demand?
