I have been out to this fridge freezer + replaced heater and stat kit, 1 day later all 3 lights are still flashing but the appliance is cold, i advised customer to turn off and on at the wall to see if this would stop it, but the laghts are still flashing away! – any ideas what may be causing this

To reset after alarm condition you have to turn fridge and freezer stats to the off position then back on again. If you turn off at the wall it recognises it as a power cut (but doesn’t know for how long)and flashes lights as a warning to the customer to check food in freezer in case it has defrosted.

turn to fully on then off and back on again which will reset. Then set to i-care.
