Hi everybody,
I have got a problem with my Hotpoint Fridge Freezer FFA74, this is as described below any assistance, advice on how to solve this problem will highly be appreciated.
The FRIDGE .section is working absolutely fine. The freezer is not working at all. Can hear the compressor sound ok. The red, freezer high temperature light is continuously on.
Have checked the door and the same is closing / shutting securely. Have also set freezer temperature settings to 5, fast freeze switch activated but nothing seems to be helping in anyway. I have been trying these settings for the last 3 days without any luck . I am finding it difficult to understand of the actual problem, particularly because the Fridge is working fine.
I will very much appreciate of any advice, suggestions from members and experts regarding the way forward to sort out the described problem.
