    Just taken delivery of new fridge freezer, model FFLAA58WDG and the handles are supplied unattached. No instructions given for fitting. Help please?

    Hi

    Handles are sometimes packed separately so they don’t get damaged.

    The screws for the handles are either fitted to the door edge or they are in the instruction pack. If the handles have two screw holes on one end these go to the top.

    I would have thought this would be covered in the instruction manual 😉

    OK, solved it. The covers for the fixings are just clipped in place – quite difficult to get off but that’s how it’s done. And, no, the manual doesn’t cover it!

    Its just a bit vague, can’t work out what clips where. I don’t wanna break anything aha

    The clips refereed to above are the little circular white cover caps covering the screw holes on the left hand door edge. These will simply pop out with a flat blade.

    Managed to download a bigger pic from Image Shack.


    The two halves of the fixing come apart with a small flat blade into the little recesses and gently easing the two halves apart.
