    Hi

I have a hotpoint fridge freezer model hm325ff.1

The freezer part is getting cold but the top fridge part is not getting cold at all.

I have followed instructions and had the unit off for 4 days to defrost but this hasn’t helped at all.

I took the back panel off of the freezer and the fan is running and the compressor is running. Freezer is getting cold but no airflow to the fridge.

The internal light comes on and stays on for a few minutes then all of a sudden starts to flash randomly.

This makes me think it’s a control board issue

I am assuming that there is a baffle inside to control the fridge airflow but I for the life of me cannot see where the airflow to the fridge is the fridge seems to be a fully sealed box. I have taken the light out and it’s just a bulb and holder that’s it’s

I am at a loss, not sure if the control board is faulty but there must be something controlling the airflow to the fridge but I cannot see anything.

I can see 1 Thermostat zipped tied to the cooling pipes of the internal cooling pipe work in the freezer.

The only other bits I can see are a small box attached to the cooling pipework with yellow and blue wires (I think that is a defrost heater) there is also a white heater wire running around the cooling tray

I am assuming that there must be a thermostat for the fridge part but again I cannot see anything.

Any advice or things to try would be amazing.
