Hotpoint Fridge Freezer Model FF72P

Hi Everyone
I am new to this forum.
My Fridge Freezer is not working properly.
The Freezer part is fine at -20 deg C
The fridge part is at +18 deg C

The motorised baffle in the fridge parts seems to work fine. I can see it open when powered up.

There is NO cool air at all flowing out of any of the two vents. The one where the motorised baffle is connected nor the other corner of the top of the fridge.

The thermistors? with the black ends in the fridge and freezer seem to be working. They report the temp quoted above. I have tested this by touching this with my finger and the temp goes up shortly after touching the ends of the thermistor. So I have concluded that these are fine. Maybe someone can put me right.

Both the compressor fan and the evaporator fan inside the freezer are working fine.

I have managed to open the light box in the freezer and also the plastic cover on the evap in the freezer.

Would really appreciate some pointers what I should be looking at next. Life is no fun without a fridge.

If I replace the Freezer thermisters green and yellow, is there a good chance it will cure the warm fridge? If this does not fix it, it could be the control panel on top of the fridge?

Anybody got a weblink to an online service manual?

Any pointers would be good

Update:
The freezer box was down to -22 deg C.
Now it has E8 code.
Anyone know what this means.

the Fridge section revived itself and is at 3 deg C.

The FF has settled down for 36 hrs now.
Freezer is at -22 deg c
The fridge temp varies from 4 deg to 13 deg C at diff times of the day.
Still needs a fix.
