Hi, I’ve got a Hotpoint HBD 5517 B UK Fridge/freezer and following a tripped breaker whenever it is turned on it shuts down after 10 minutes and then half an hour later starts again only to once again shut down after 10 minutes. Power to the appliance may have been turned on and off in quick succession about 3 times though all the hardware seems to be working for those 10 minutes. The compressor shuts down first and then the evaporator fan about 30 seconds after. Any help would be appreciated as it is just outside of it’s 1 year guarantee. The compressor also has a large dent in it and a crack but I think that is unrelated.
