Hotpoint fridge freezer temp too high

    My Hotpoint fridge freezer temp is too high – around minus 2C. The fridge compartment temp is fine. I’ve defrosted it but it made no difference.

    The fridge is 12 years old so wondered if anyone can hazard a guess as to what might be wrong and likely cost to fix.
