    Hello

    I have owned a Hotpoint RFM60A fridgefreezer for 2 years now and typically the warranty has just ended. I got up this morining and the freezer was thick ice everywhere. I checked to see if warm air had got into the freezer overnight and spotted that the door seal has come away from the door.

    This also happened with the fridge door seal which I got the whole seal renewed as I was still under warranty. As I’m not now I was wondering as to whether I could glue the seal back on the door without full renewal? If so which glue seal would I have to use?

    Hi

    If the seal pushes into a grove you should really buy a new seal as using glue normally dosnt work and is a pain to get off if in the future you decide to change the seal.
