Hotpoint Frost free F.F.

Hi Guys

Got a customer with a Hotpoint FF187BP reported fault freezer not getting cold enough but fridge temperature okay. The interior light in the fridge section flashes twice, pauses then keeps repeating this cycle.

Any takers on this one ?

Reset the module by turning both knobs to zero and then turning back on again.Also make sure that the magnets fitted in the door are still in position,there is a panel at the top of the door and the magnets are behind that.

Thanks very much kiddo you were spot on ,one of the magnets had fallen out of it`s recess, drop of superglue and it now runs fine.
