    Good morning all,

My dryer has developed a fault over the past few days – the dreaded F04 error. On every programme, the error appears exactly 4-minutes into a cycle.

Whilst an F04 error points to ‘the pump running, when it shouldn’t be’, I’m not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure this is the fault.

I have stripped the machine down, cleaned and dried out all the relevant filters.
Checked the module over – all appears ok – no signs of moisture.
Checked the rear pump and float – after a clean of some ‘gunk’ in the back collection tray, this appears to be running ok.
However, the back of the dryer does not seem to be heating up, which makes me think this may be an element issue.

    Any thoughts greatly welcome!

    Thanks,
    Ross
