    Hello

    My fridge freezer has decided to stop working. The freezer part is fine but the fridge is warm. I seen on another forum to check the defrost heater on the freezer evaporator at the rear of the freezer compartment. I did find it all iced up. I have since defrosted all the ice but the fridge remains warm.

    Could someone offer me any suggestion ?

    To defrost you need to switch off,empty freezer and leave door open for a minimum of 36 hours otherwise frost around the evaporator which is behind the back panel in the freezer won’t clear.
