Just wondered if anyone knows why the hotpoint range of fza stand up freezers seem to have a habit of blocking the drain hole up with ice? I have come across quite afew now where the defrost system works fine but the drain hole blocks up frequently,I have tried replacing the foil that sticks to the inner panel and making sure the hole isnt blocked only to have the same problem happen about a month afterwards repeatedly. If anyone has any ideas on why this is or if theres something i’m missing i would be most gratefull.
