    Hi all, This my first post on this forum. My hotpoint h7t 911a ks h fridge freezer is not defrosting. I tried defrosting it manually using hair dryers. It lasts on average 3/4 weeks before the ice is fully built up again. What could be the issue?

    could be blocked duct in freezer. failed defrost heater, faulty board etc etc

    there is no one single cause although heater is always first to try
