Hotpoint Hob BE12B – Hob plates

Hi,
I’ve just had a call from a customer asking me to price three hob plates and possibly an energy reg for this Hotpoint Hob BE12B
The problem is I havent got any diagrams for this machine and cannot identify which plates I need.
She says she wants the back 2 and the front left replacing. Also she says the front right is not getting hot enough quick enough and when it does get to temperature it doesnt regulate. From what she says the front left is a fast heat plate.

If anybody could help me with the part no’s it would really be appreciated.

As the solid rings are around £40 ex vat each I would suggest a visit with the meggar is advisable first. 😉

I might be able to rustle up a wiring diagram if that would help.

I’ve told her it would probably be cheaper to swap the whole appliance but I cant talk her out of it. She wants it doing no matter what. I guessed when i told her about £40 quid a shot.

The rings on these are not as bad as some, definitely advise checking it out first.
