Got a customer with a Hotpoint HT3031 integrated fridge with large icebox. Fault reported is that its started to produce excess amounts of water droplets / dew forming in it. This has only happened recently & settings have not been changed, no liquids are uncovered either. They have taken the cabinet door off & checked that it seals ok after i advised that maybe the problem but alls ok .
Should the fan run all the time in it & how is it controlled?
